本アプリは、写真ライブラリ内の画像データ、撮影日時などのメタデータ、画像サイズ等の情報にアクセスします。これらの情報は類似写真を判定・整理する目的のみに使用されます。
取得した情報は、写真の類似判定およびグループ表示のために利用されます。解析処理はすべて利用者の端末内で実行されます。
本アプリは写真データ、解析結果、個人情報を外部サーバーへ送信しません。ログイン機能やクラウド保存機能も提供していません。
類似判定のための内部データ（特徴量など）を端末内に保存する場合がありますが、外部へ送信されることはありません。
本アプリは写真削除を補助する機能を提供しますが、写真を完全に消去（復元不能）する機能は有しておりません。削除はiOS標準機能を通じて実行され、「最近削除」フォルダへ移動します。完全削除は利用者ご自身で行ってください。
万が一、本アプリの利用に関連して写真データが消失または破損した場合でも、開発者は責任を負いかねます。削除操作は利用者ご自身の判断と責任で実施してください。重要な写真は事前にバックアップを取得することを推奨します。
本アプリはAppleのPhotos.frameworkおよびVision.frameworkを使用しますが、独自に情報を第三者へ提供することはありません。

This app accesses photos in your device’s photo library, related metadata (such as creation date), and image size information solely for the purpose of detecting and organizing similar photos.
The accessed information is used only to analyze photo similarity and display grouped results. All processing is performed locally on the user’s device.
This app does not transmit photos, analysis results, or personal information to external servers. No account registration or cloud storage features are provided.
The app may store internal similarity data (such as image feature vectors) locally on the device. This data is never transmitted externally.
This app assists users in selecting photos for deletion but does not permanently erase photos beyond the standard iOS deletion process. Deleted photos are moved to the “Recently Deleted” folder. Permanent deletion must be completed by the user.
The developer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unintended deletion of photo data resulting from the use of this app. Users are solely responsible for deletion actions. It is strongly recommended to back up important photos before use.
This app uses Apple’s Photos.framework and Vision.framework. The app does not independently share data with any third parties.
